- We don't see outbound sends affected. They just got delayed in being processed.
- We have lost some campaign data that affects Analytics, but not actual campaigns.

Monitoring

- Fix has been implemented and we seem to be back to normal operation
- Working on estimating the extent of the impact
- CSMs can resume scheduling their on-demand sends

- We have not had texts sends since 10:25 AM EST
- Engineering has identified root cause, but backup is not yet available
- We are looking into replaying scheduled sends
